Pfizer US/PR Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based role focused on driving adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts.

The position requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating reimbursement, with in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Field-based specialty sales role in dermatology and related therapies.
• Requires strong knowledge of dermatology products and payer/reimbursement dynamics.
• Ability to engage clinicians and office staff across in-person and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory/account strategies to drive demand and meet sales objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to address needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
