Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers.

You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts, navigating reimbursement and hybrid digital engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with required years of experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing or aligned healthcare provider experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches.
