Job summary

Pfizer US/PRDermatology Sales role focuses on driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, office staff, and KOLs to launch products and ensure access across assigned accounts.

The position requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort with in-person and digital engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing.
• Experience engaging dermatology customers and key opinion leaders.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement pathways and hybrid selling models.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plans to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to meet customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide insights for brand strategy.
