Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years leading peers and customer groups.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 6–10 district representatives and manage hiring, live/virtual coaching, and performance.
• Develop and execute district plans, budgets, and alignment with RBD expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive HIT and pharma initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform district strategy.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships and ensure compliant execution by the team.
• Coach reps to leverage digital tools and hybrid engagement effectively.
