Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead 6-10 representatives, drive district sales performance, and develop the area landscape with strong partnerships across marketing and channel teams.

This role requires in-field and virtual coaching, deep product knowledge, and adherence to compliance standards while navigating hybrid engagement models and travel across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales in pharma/biotech is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6-10 field representatives within the district.
• Develop and implement district strategic plans and budgets.
• Coach and develop reps with live and virtual programs.
• Build relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliant execution and cross-functional collaboration.
