Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a District ABM to supervise 6–10 field representatives and drive sales performance for the portfolio. You will coach in-field and virtually, partner with marketing and channels, and ensure compliant execution across a large geographic area.

Required are 3–5 years leading teams in pharma or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel as needed. A valid US driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years spent in leadership across peer and customer groups.
• Pharma, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the District, including hiring, live and virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and assignment of priority accounts (6–10 reps).
• Develop and implement strategic district plans, budgets, and alignment with RBD expectations.
• Coordinate with marketing and channel partners; monitor promotional materials and marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and drive district performance.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders; ensure compliant execution and cross-functional collaboration.
