Job summary

Riverchase Dermatology in Plantation, FL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct oversight of the dermatology clinical team at the assigned location. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, organized, and capable of multi-tasking to support providers, medical assistants, front desk staff, and patients.

You will manage patient flow, coaching staff, ensure compliance with policies, and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical environment (required).
• Dermatology experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned staff to fulfill provider and patient needs, serving as the liaison between clinical staff and providers.
• Monitoring patient flow in real time to ensure lowest possible wait times.
• Ordering and maintaining clinical supplies.
• Evaluating performance of staff members, including coaching and performance management processes.
• Assuring and guiding process improvements which promote fiscal responsibility and improved patient care.
