Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The role supports the execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical standards, and fosters collaboration with investigators and healthcare professionals.

You will manage participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory submissions, and study documentation, contributing to patient care and scientific advancement in a fast-paced dermatology setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or healthcare preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator.
• Experience with study start-up, contract and budget negotiations, and site regulatory submissions preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage various aspects of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment and informed consent.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth study operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Schedule study visits, manage participant appointments, and monitor progress.
• Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory documents to authorities and ethics committees.
• Collect, record, and manage study data with precision.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events per protocols.
• Conduct study-related assessments and measurements as required.
• Prepare and contribute to study reports, presentations, and publications.
• Maintain effective communication with sponsors, participants, and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations, guidelines, and best practices in clinical research.
