Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group seeks a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to drive study execution, ensure compliance, and support data collection across studies. The role partners with investigators, physicians, and teams to coordinate start-up, regulatory submissions, and ongoing study activities.

The candidate will maintain study documentation, monitor safety, schedule visits, and contribute to reports and publications while staying up-to-date with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a clinical research coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with study start-up, contracts and budget negotiations, and regulatory submissions preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, including recruitment, consent, and data collection.
• Collaborate with investigators and healthcare staff to ensure smooth study operations.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule visits, manage appointments, and monitor participant progress.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents to authorities and ethics committees.
• Collect and manage study data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events per protocol.
• Conduct study assessments and measurements as required.
• Prepare study reports, presentations and publications as needed.
• Maintain communication with sponsors, participants, and the study team.
• Stay current with regulations, guidelines and best practices in clinical research.
