Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists is seeking a results-driven Clinical Research Coordinator/Recruitment Specialist to grow our dermatology trial portfolio. This hybrid role blends trial coordination with proactive enrollment, leveraging patient outreach, prescreening, and consent processes to drive participation across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical research knowledge with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy pipeline

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinical trials as a Research Coordinator or Research Assistant
• Strong sales orientation with goal-driven outreach and conversion skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with patients
• Familiarity with phlebotomy and medical intake procedures
• Knowledge of IRB submissions and clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH)

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment targets for trials and consistently meet or exceed them
• Source candidates via patient databases, referrals, community outreach, and digital channels
• Conduct prescreening calls and convert leads into enrolled participants
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and track conversion from inquiry to randomization
• Develop compliant recruitment messaging and coordinate with marketing on campaigns
• Represent the practice at community events and recruitment activations
• Coordinate participant visits, retention, and study lifecycle activities
• Perform protocol procedures, informed consent, and data entry in EDC
