Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where services are provided or active multistate license via eNLC.
• Permanent RN license must be obtained within the stated timeframe after graduation: MD 90 days; PA 1 year; WV 180 days.
• Temporary permits are state-bound and do not transfer between states.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in ambulatory setting using the nursing process.
• Performs initial assessment and ongoing evaluation to guide care.
• Uses independent nursing judgment and collaborates with health care team.
• Educates patients and families; documents care and outcomes.
• Participates in orientation, mentoring, and Performance Improvement activities.

Education

Nursing degree (BSN preferred) or ASN/Diploma; BSN within 5 years of hire
