Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within ambulatory settings based on the nursing process and scope of practice.
• Performs initial assessments and follow-ups to support the care team.
• Evaluates and intervenes in unstable or complex patient situations.
• Uses independent nursing judgment and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains documentation, communication, and adherence to care standards.
• Participates in orientation, education, and performance improvement activities.

Bachelor's Degree in nursing
