Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is seeking an experienced Patient Services Director to lead patient access and service functions across locations. You will shape a consistent, compassionate patient experience—from first contact to scheduling, benefits coordination, and follow-up.

We seek a healthcare leader who develops teams, uses data to drive results, and enhances the experience for patients and staff while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Operations, or related field preferred; master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressiveHealthcare operations or patient access experience, with leadership in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Patient Services supervisors and teams.
• Oversee patient-facing operations across multiple locations, including Call Center and Front Desk.
• Oversee Credentialing, Prior Authorization, Specialty Benefits, and Referral Outreach.
• Ensure scheduling, registration, and access processes are efficient and consistent.
• Set and monitor call quality, responsiveness, and patient communication standards.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and satisfaction.
• Use metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Own KPIs, scorecards, and accountability culture; support leadership development.
• Collaborate with clinical, business office, marketing, HR, and leadership to enhance patient experience.
