• Own patient experience from scheduling through checkout, ensuring visits are on time, organized and welcoming.
• Partner with center physicians, PAs, NPs and liaison with RCM, Finance, Credentialing, HR, IT and Marketing.
• Manage center P&L and operating budget, including labor costs and supplies.
• Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control and company policies.
