Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12‑month immersive dermatology training for NPs and PAs, combining didactic and real‑world clinical exposure led by our Physician Directors to build confidence and clinical skill.

Participants will train in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with daily rotations across diverse skin conditions, and hands‑on practice. The program includes milestone assessments and ends with guaranteed placement at a participating clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board‑certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to a clinic post‑training.
• Commitment to a 5‑year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12‑month dermatology training with didactic and clinical education.
• Participate in daily clinical rotations to gain exposure to diverse skin conditions.
• Receive guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic upon program completion.
