Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston seeks Dermatology Technicians at levels I–III to support patient care under licensed professionals. Responsibilities include assisting with dermatology visits, scribing, preparing materials, and supporting procedures with supervision.

Pay ranges from $16 to $32 per hour for full-time roles; comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401k are offered subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS through American Heart Association.
• No experience required with Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant OR 1 year of directly related experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Computer experience and basic Medical/Nursing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist in documentation and scribing during dermatology visits and procedures.
• May scribe for physicians (history, physical, patient instructions, pending orders).
• Administer injectables and assist with phototherapy, procedures, and sterile technique when required.
