Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate answers via phone calls to clients.
• Assist clients with complex order execution and margin treatment.
• Analyze client positions and provide updates on procedures.
• Manage daily inbound calls and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to a Morgan Stanley Advisor.
