Morgan Stanley is seeking a qualified candidate to provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in Sandy, Utah. The role involves responding to customer inquiries primarily through inbound calls, analyzing client accounts, and explaining ETRADE policies.
Ideal candidates have 2 years of customer-facing brokerage experience, registries including SIE and Series 7, and a solid understanding of derivatives trading. Morgan Stanley offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
This position utilizes excellent customer service and problem solving skills to confidently provide information and education to our customers in a timely, efficient, professional manner; provides clear and accurate responses to customer questions primarily through inbound phone calls; appropriately researches and resolves problems relating to customer accounts and inquiries; meets established performance expectations; develops a comprehensive operational understanding of the financial services industry; proactively learns and remains up-to-date with the Company’s products and services.
Salary range for the position: $58,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
