MFS Investments in Boston seeks an experienced Derivatives Investments & Operations Business Systems Architect to lead architecture and evolution of the derivatives platform across research, trading, and post-trade processing.

You will collaborate with product owners, investment professionals, and global teams to design scalable solutions, manage dependencies in an Agile environment, and promote resilient, secure and integrated technology aligned with enterprise standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 6‑8+ years of progressive investment platform experience, including 1–2 years on derivatives.
• Deep understanding of derivative investment workflows across asset classes.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage projects with distributed teams in Agile SDLC.
