NatWest Markets’ U.S. Legal Department is seeking a Legal Documentation Negotiator to provide transactional support to NatWest Markets Plc, a CFTC-registered non-U.S.

swaps dealer, and NatWest Markets Securities Inc., a U.S.-based broker-dealer. The role requires a detail-oriented, self-directed professional who can collaborate across legal, risk, credit, compliance, operations, and front-office teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills required.
• Experience negotiating complex derivatives and collateral documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, risk, credit, compliance, operations, and front-office teams.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate trading, collateral, and financing documents across asset classes (ISDA, CSAs, MRAs/GMRA, prime brokerage, FX agreements).
• Support documentation for corporates, hedge funds, private funds, and institutional clients.
• Ensure negotiations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including U.S. margin rules.
• Review counterparty documentation to assess capacity and enforceability.
