Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Contract Coordinator to join the Confirmations team in Florida. You will apply quantitative methods to discern insights, coordinate daily with the front office, and engage with external counterparties to ensure timely legal confirmations and proper risk controls.

You will review master agreements such as ISDA, NAESB, EEIs and related CSA, and collaborate across trading desks to optimize the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in confirmations management in a trading firm, preferably in commodities.
• Proven derivative and/or legal contract experience.
• Master agreements ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, and related collateral agreements (CSA).
• Sound understanding of physical trading and derivatives and the trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the front office and internal teams to ensure timely confirmations.
• Engage with external counterparties to validate and finalize contracts and trades.
• Review and interpret ISDA, NAESB, EEIs, and CSA clauses and related documents.
• Support risk management by ensuring accurate and compliant confirmations throughout the trade lifecycle.
