You will build and develop a high-performing confirmations team, oversee global processes, and push automation while maintaining strong controls and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services experience, including 3+ years in confirmations/documentation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration across Front Office, Operations, and Technology.
