Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, this role will guide a team of over 45 professionals and partner across the organization and with state affiliates to reach revenue targets and expand donor engagement.

• Expert in development systems and management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience guiding fundraising and organizational growth in a large nonprofit.
