UnidosUS seeks a Deputy Vice President of Development to lead fundraising for our core operations and guide the Resource Development team. The role focuses on meeting annual general support goals and collaborating on campaigns that in prior years ranged from $5–15 million, in addition to unrestricted support.

The DVP will influence budgeting, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration with Communications, Marketing, and Alignment to grow revenue and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts for UnidosUS core operations and manage the Resource Development (RD) team.
• Oversee development cycles from prospecting to closing and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with funders, donors, and partners and expand the funder base.
