Job summary

Dexis is recruiting a Deputy Team Lead to support anticipated programming with the Department of State (DOS). The role focuses on FMF and IMET grants, with oversight of policy direction and program management. An active Secret Clearance is required.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires leadership of a diverse stakeholder group across government partners and field activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in foreign or security assistance for large‑scale AME analytics.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing data collection plans and evaluating reports.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and monitor policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and strategic vision for FMF/IMET projects.
• Oversee knowledge management, monitoring, evaluation, capacity building, and learning activities.
• Conduct research and analyze program data for trends and insights.
• Develop country reports and annual assessments.
• Manage performance monitoring tasks for FMF/IMET and data collection.
• Contribute to evaluation methodology and data verification activities.
