Job summary

Peraton’s SITE III DO contract team seeks a Software Project Manager serving as Deputy Program Manager to oversee multiple software efforts and the ongoing operations of critical applications. You will coordinate with leads, manage resources, prepare cost estimates, and present to customer leadership while ensuring plans stay aligned with the contract terms.

The role requires an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, strong Agile and AWS experience, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s with 8 years.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Experience with Agile development and AWS architecture, databases, web services, and UI design.
• Experience planning, scheduling and tracking software development.
• Experience managing software development teams/projects and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple software development efforts and O&M of deployed apps.
• Coordinate with project leads to track status, timelines and actions.
• Prepare IMS reviews, PMRs and weekly progress meetings with the customer.
• Engage in QA and Risk Management activities and assist with contracting topics.
