El Dorado County Sheriff's Office is seeking Deputy Sheriff Trainee to begin POST-certified training. Trainees will attend the academy and gain knowledge in criminal law, patrol procedures, and court demeanor while serving the community of El Dorado County.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with no experience required though related coursework is desirable. A valid California or Nevada driver’s license and a clean driving record are needed, and the training culminates in
