• Background: thorough background investigation, polygraph, medical, and psych testing.

Responsibilities

• Attend a POST-approved police academy (26 weeks) with rigorous academics and fitness.
• Graduate from the Academy and be sworn in as Peace Officers.
• Promoted to Deputy Sheriff after appointment.
