Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems division seeks a Systems Engineering Manager 3, Deputy to the Enterprise Systems Integration Lead, to guide the Sentinel program’s SEIT activities in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. The role demands a US citizenship and a Secret clearance, with relocation assistance possible.

The Deputy Lead will oversee SEIT teams, manage integration milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely system-of-systems solutions while balancing risk and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience (Master’s with 6+ years).
• U.S. Citizen with active Secret security clearance (within last 6 years).
• Ability to obtain SAP and Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Agile, Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with Systems Engineering milestone planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of external systems across enterprise interfaces.
• Support program schedules, milestones, and deliverables while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system lifecycle performance.
• Ensure adherence to requirements, regulatory compliance and processes.
• Mentor and develop SEIT team.
