Prosecute clients in criminal and civil cases and related matters in the Warm Springs Tribal Court, on behalf of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Oregon. Maintain confidentiality of ALL case related matters, ensure all laws, codes, policies and procedures are followed. Manage a high volume of cases to include maintain accurate, up to date records and documents.
Associates degree in criminal justice or related field, with 3 years of experience in the tribal legal field may be substituted for associates degree. Acceptable standards of conduct, integrity, judgment and ethics; ability to make objective decisions that are based on reasoning, logic, established standards and the law; pass the tribal bar exam. No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years. To include no violations of tribal law.
