Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Idaho (state and federal courts).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the State of Idaho in criminal, civil, and related matters.
• Provide legal advice to county officials and departments.
• Draft ordinances, contracts, and attorney-client memoranda.
