Job summary

Barbaricum seeks a Deputy Program Manager for the anticipated PdM RGCS CLS to oversee trainers, maintainers, and logistics staff at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. You will run the program’s management rhythm, including task-order management, financial reporting, and program reviews, ensuring NET/TPF and maintenance are planned and executed on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Secret level security clearance required.
• 8+ years in maintenance and training of military equipment.
• 2+ years as certified military equipment instructor; instructor course completed (e.g., FIFC, ABIC, ITC).
• Experience managing CLS or task-order contracts with a CLS team of 5+ personnel.
• Program-management experience spanning cost, schedule, performance, and risk; hands-on CFSR and CDRL reporting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills interfacing with military personnel and senior Government leadership.
• Ability to be located at Fort Leonard Wood and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform task-order management, facilitate weekly meetings, prepare cost/schedule/performance discussions.
• Lead teams to plan, resource, and execute products, schedules, and events on time and budget.
• Assist PM in personnel, logistics, quality control, and contractor support for TO requirements.
• Provide day-to-day management of trainers, maintainers, and support staff for NET/TPF.
• Monitor NET/TPF events and coordinate with Government and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Brief KO, COR, and Project Officers as needed; participate in NMIBs, IPRs, IPTs.
• Conduct NET or maintenance for RGCS systems as a qualified instructor.
• Be prepared to travel CONUS/OCONUS to support mission requirements.
