Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Trainer Maintenance Technician (TMT) / Field Service Representative (FSR) for the PdM RGCS CLS effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The role delivers Operator and Field-Level Maintainer training and performs troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair of RGCS robotic systems on CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The TMT/FSR supports QA, fielding, and inventory while serving as a subject-matter expert for U.S. Army ground robotic efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance.
• Minimum of six years since 2000 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• At least two years as a certified military equipment instructor with approved courses (FIFC, ABIC, ITC).
• Thoroughly experienced to advise on operation, training, maintenance, and repair of U.S. Army robotic products.
• Proficient in inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
• Ability to support facility and grounds maintenance and train on training systems as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to interface with military personnel and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• New Equipment Training for Government personnel at CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and participate in meetings.
• Submit trip reports and estimates; provide daily updates.
• Maintenance and Repair of fielded robotic systems during de-processing events.
• Conduct daily QA checks on systems using government checklists.
• Fielding and inventory support; prepare fielding documentation.
• Act as SME for U.S. Army robotic efforts; respond to RFIs.
• Travel or deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
