Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an EOD Trainer Maintenance Technician for the PdM RGCS CLS effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. You will perform a mix of Senior Trainer and Trainer Maintenance Technician duties focusing on RGCS platforms used by EOD and route-clearance units.

The role requires extensive experience with EOD training, fielding, and maintenance, plus the ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed. Secret clearance and instructor credentials such as FIFC/ABIC/ITC are required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance.
• Six years of maintenance and training of fielded military equipment since 2000.
• At least two years as a certified military equipment instructor with an approved instructor course such as FIFC, ABIC, or ITC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EOD SME for supported RGCS platforms and provide expert guidance.
• Plan and deliver internal EOD-focused robotic training per the POI/TSP.
• Prepare and oversee training deliveries and conduct new equipment training per POI/TSP; cover operations, maintenance, PMCS, troubleshooting, installation.
• Provide troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair for RGCS systems used by EOD and route-clearance units; perform QA checks and prepare reports.
