Job summary

RenXTech is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager with planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities on-site with the client in McLean, VA. The DPM will backfill staffing, personnel management, and quality assurance to meet program scope.

The DPM has full authority to act and manage all program matters if the PM is unavailable, ensuring continuity and performance. This role requires extensive intelligence background and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Intelligence analysis or targeting experience and IC knowledge.
• Five years of experience in the field related to the role.
• Five years managing Intelligence professionals across the cycle.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and meeting contract deliverables.
• Possess ISSA/TS clearance or be eligible.
• Experience with Watchlisting procedures and guidelines.
• Knowledge of TIDE and a Watchlisting application.
• Experience in the Agency or IC Counterterrorism mission.
• Experience with Counterterrorism program procedures and guidelines.
• Experience collecting, writing, and communicating technical requirements.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence; Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP and/or DAWIA PM Certification.
