Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to manage day-to-day IT support operations for the U.S. Army at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

You will lead a team of IT professionals and oversee project execution to ensure secure, reliable systems and uninterrupted service. Responsibilities include directing systems administration, Active Directory services, deployments, patches, and infrastructure upgrades across Windows servers and desktop environments, in close coordination with government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance in DISS.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Microsoft Server 2019 Administrator or newer certification, or ability to obtain after hire.
• Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 certifications or equivalent after hire.
• Experience leading IT projects and managing Windows/server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and provide technical direction.
• Manage government-approved IT projects in the ticketing system.
• Supervise technicians to project completion and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure uninterrupted operations via installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware/software.
• Resolve complex hardware/software issues across applications and networks.
• Perform systems administration for desktop/server environments and AD services.
• Administer AD, member servers, and storage; support migrations.
• Support network transitions and develop addressing schemes; manage Microsoft domains.
• Contribute to planning, design, development, testing, and integration of hardware/software.
• Conduct engineering R&D and perform analytical tasks for IT systems.
