Job summary

Leidos is seeking a proven security professional to manage a program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. This role focuses on NCIS and IC security requirements with emphasis on counterintelligence, personnel security clearance processing, and SCIF physical security for sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs and SEADs, and a track record of delivering secure, compliant programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of security program experience.
• Experience delivering full range of security services including onboarding contractors.
• Ability to brief multi-level audiences and coordinate with government customers.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Manage program security requirements and compliance.
• Provide security clearance processing.
• Provide technical security expertise across personnel, physical/industrial, and investigations.
• Draft security requirements, guidance, and procedures.
• Conduct CI briefings and counterintelligence updates.
• Coordinate with internal and external security offices.
