Job summary

Leidos is seeking a proven, experienced security professional to manage a program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. This role emphasizes counterintelligence awareness, personnel security processing, and SCIF physical security for a government IC engagement.

The selected candidate will brief employees and management, interpret CI and security directives, and maintain records across security operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security services for large programs.
• Proven ability to brief multi-level audiences.
• Experience interpreting CI/security policies and regulations.
• Familiarity with ICDs, NISPOM and SEADs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program security requirements and customer compliance.
• Provide security clearance processing.
• Offer security expertise in personnel, physical/industrial, and computer investigations.
• Prepare security guidance, procedures, and training.
• Brief/debrief employees on Clearance and SCI.
• Track badge renewals and safeguard SCI/collateral information.
• Coordinate with DoW/IC officials to stay current with security regs.
• Draft security volumes for RFI/Proposals.
• Monitor security operations and report status.
• Draft CI training programs and security awareness.
