Job summary

Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Corporate Programs Support team.

You will coordinate task orders, track schedules and risks, prepare documentation, and keep customers informed under the Director of Programs. You will connect government personnel and internal teams, help with proposals, and contribute to planning and execution of new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, program support, customer service, IT, operations, or consulting.
Experience supporting project documentation, schedules, status reporting, deliverables, or stakeholder coordination.
Formal leadership or supervisory experience not required; growth potential emphasized.
Must hold active Secret clearance or be willing to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Support the coordination and administration of assigned task orders under the Director of Programs.
Track schedules, deliverables, action items, staffing needs, risks, and KPIs.
Connect Government contracting personnel, Task Order Managers, customers, and internal teams to keep work moving.
Prepare clear project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
Elevate risks or delays and drive timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
Contribute to project plans, reports, and proposal materials for new and recompete opportunities.
Assist Business Development and Proposal teams from planning to submission.
