Job summary

Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to join the Corporate Programs Support team in the United States. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will coordinate task orders, track scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, risks, and performance, while keeping customers informed.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of coordination experience, with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, management, or related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, program support, or related environment.
• Experience supporting project documentation, schedules, status reporting, or stakeholder coordination.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer assigned task orders under the Director of Programs.
• Track schedules, deliverables, staffing needs, risks, issues and KPIs.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, presentations and administrative deliverables.
• Support proposal development activities and capture planning.
• Facilitate collaboration among Government contracting personnel, Task Order Managers, customers and internal teams.
