Job summary

Stellar Innovations & Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated Deputy Program Manager to join our Corporate Programs Support team.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will support government task orders, keep programs organized, and coordinate day-to-day activities to track scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, risks, and performance. You will prepare accurate documentation, status reports, and meeting notes, help with proposal development, and connect government contracting personnel with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or program support.
• Experience with project documentation, schedules, status reporting, or stakeholder coordination.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer assigned task orders.
• Track schedules, deliverables, staffing, risks, issues, and KPIs.
• Connect government contracting personnel, Task Order Managers, customers, and internal teams to keep work moving forward.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, presentations, and deliverables.
• Monitor activities and elevate risks or potential delays.
• Follow up with team members to drive timely completion of commitments.
