Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager onsite at Scott AFB, IL to lead delivery execution for a DISA DISN program. The role requires coordinating global operations, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure mission success and performance against a $100M program.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of federal program leadership, strong network/IT systems experience, and an Active TS clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years leading operations for large-scale federal programs.
Proven track record delivering network or IT systems.
Experience managing fixed price and cost-reimbursable programs.
Experience leading technical teams and supervising contractor personnel.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-organizational execution.
Bachelor’s + 8 years or Master’s + 6 years of relevant experience.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution for a $100M program across cost, schedule, performance and risk.
Oversee 24x7 mission support across global DISN services.
Coordinate Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
Contribute to delivery strategy, roadmap execution and continuous delivery pipelines.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation to protect mission delivery.
Drive innovation and automation within DISN operations.
