Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support the PDSS program at Robins AFB. You will help lead the program, manage deliverables, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements and service levels are met.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. A DoD Secret clearance and CAC are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or 15 years with leadership in lieu of degree.
• Experience in financial and procurement management, HR, and strategic planning.
• Understanding of financial program performance: rate calculations, variance reporting, forecast, EAC.
• Experience with performance monitoring of contracts and SLAs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain a CAC.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in execution and oversight of program activities, deliverables, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, leadership, and SMEs to meet objectives and SLAs.
• Provide admin oversight, timekeeping, financial tracking, and cost projections.
• Manage subcontractor performance and service level objectives.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing CDRLs and other deliverables.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing program team.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
