KBR is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in Huntsville, AL to support a developmental HEL program with a customer based in Huntsville. 25% travel required.

The DPM assists the PM with planning, financial management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery and customer satisfaction. Formación

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DoW/aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience with program schedule, cost, and EVMS.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Program Manager in executing program objectives and ensure compliance with cost, schedule, technical, and production requirements.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and align activities across functions.
• Lead and facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and provide updates on performance, risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Assist with development and management of program financials including EAC, ETC, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Support EVMS execution and reporting including CAM, schedule/cost performance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver SDRL/CDRL deliverables including MSRs, schedules, risk registers, and management docs.
• Lead customer-facing TIMs, PMRs, milestone reviews, and status meetings as delegated.
• Act as primary contact in the absence of the Program Manager, ensuring continuity and customer engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, finance, and logistics.
• Participate in weekly program staff meetings communicating priorities, constraints, and contract changes.
• Monitor risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure action item closure.
