Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to serve as the operational delivery leader and second-in-command for the agency's program in Springfield, VA. The DPM will turn priorities into day-to-day execution across cybersecurity, networks, cloud, service management, field engineering, and related workstreams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cybersecurity management, CISSP, TS/SCI eligibility, and experience coordinating multiple tech teams; undergraduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity program management or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams across IT-services.
• Active CISSP certification.
• Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across technical and operational workstreams.
• Track staffing, performance, deliverables, risks and actions; escalate with options.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving for service issues and delivery gaps.
• Coordinate task/workstream leads and subcontractors to align responsibilities and schedules.
• Support transition-in, stabilization, knowledge transfer, continuity activities.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager when delegated.
• Onsite work at agency facilities with travel; occasional after-hours escalations.
