Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to act as the operational delivery leader and second-in-command for the agency’s program in Arlington, Virginia. The role focuses on turning priorities into day-to-day execution across cybersecurity, cloud, and service-management domains while maintaining staffing, performance, risks, and customer commitments.

The position is largely onsite with travel to supported locations; candidates must meet 8+ years of cybersecurity management

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity management experience driving execution across staffing, schedule, performance, risks, and customer commitments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating multiple technical teams or operational workstreams in cybersecurity/IT-services environments.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access.
• Current CISSP certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across technical and operational workstreams.
• Track staffing, performance, deliverables, risks, dependencies, incidents, and open actions; elevate issues with options and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving for service issues, staffing constraints, and delivery gaps.
• Coordinate task/workstream leads and subcontractors to align responsibilities and schedules.
• Support transition-in, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and continuity activities.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager when delegated or during the PM's absence.
• Work primarily onsite at agency facilities, with travel to supported locations as needed.
