NTT DATA Services seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the NOSC NCCS 2.0 program in Arlington, VA. You will be accountable for overall performance, customer relationships, staffing, financials, risk and delivery across cybersecurity, network, cloud, and service management workstreams.

Required: 12+ years in cybersecurity program management, 2+ years leading technical teams, PMP and CISSP, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of cybersecurity management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical and management teams in a complex IT/cybersecurity environment.
• Current PMP and CISSP certifications.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager (NOC/SOC) - TOP SECRET Clearance to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of the agency's Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity Services (NCCS) 2.0 program. This person will be accountable for overall program performance, customer relationships, staffing, financial performance, risk, and integrated delivery across cybersecurity, network, cloud, and service-management workstreams.

Job Duties:

• Own overall program performance across cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and customer commitments.
• Serve as the primary senior contractor interface to client leadership and lead program reviews, executive communications, and issue resolution.
• Lead an integrated management team spanning cybersecurity, network, cloud/platform, service management, field engineering, and transition activities.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractor performance, recruiting/retention, workforce continuity, and resource alignment.
• Manage program financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and task-order visibility.
• Provide executive oversight of major incidents, service-performance issues, transition activities, and continuous improvement.
• Work is expected to be primarily onsite at client facilities, with travel to supported locations as needed. The PM should be available for senior escalations outside normal business hours when mission conditions require it; this is not a 24x7 shift position.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of cybersecurity management experience, including management of contracts or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical and management teams in a complex IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, NOC/SOC, or managed-services environment.
• Current PMP and CISSP certifications.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading large Federal civilian IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience managing 24x7 operational services, incident escalation, service levels, and continuity requirements.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management, transition/stabilization, or continuous service improvement.
• Prior DHS or homeland-security mission experience.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $135,878 - $226,462. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
