Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support CISA Cybersecurity Exercise Support Services, reporting to the Program Manager and coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.

Candidates will have 10+ years of federal program management, an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to lead staffing, risk management, and executive-ready briefings, with readiness for COOP events.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to obtain CISA EOD.
• 10+ years of federal, state, and local project and program management.
• Experience supporting program execution for a customer-facing contract with multiple workstreams.
• Leadership experience delivering services under a customer-facing contract.
• Experience producing executive-ready briefings and status reports using MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing all contract and program baselines.
• Participate in leadership and customer meetings to ensure situational awareness.
• Support program coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Track and resolve program issues/risks and report on status.
• Ensure contract requirements and changes are implemented across the team.
• Support staffing execution and staff development activities.
• Manage SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads and coordinate communications.
• Direct Leidos staff and subcontractors on the program as needed.
• Ensure seamless integration and updates across the support team.
