Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools essential for DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility. The PM will manage tool integration operations and lifecycle management, aligning with DoS standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cyber engineering or tool management, a PMP or equivalent certification, and knowledge of vulnerability scanners

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber engineering or tool management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• CISSP, GCIA, or GCIH or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber tool integration operations and lifecycle management.
• Ensure tool maturity for scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
• Coordinate with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.
• Enforce configuration baselines and dashboard oversight.
• Coordinate with vendors for tool support.

Job description

ProSync is seeking a passionate Program Manager (PM) who will be focused on deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools essential for DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM manages cyber tool integration operations, overseeing engineering deliverables and lifecycle management. Oversees the maturity of tools supporting scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration. Ensures cybersecurity engineers align implementations with DoS enterprise standards. Works with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.

• 10+ years' experience in cyber engineering or tool management.

A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
