Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC. You will assist the prime contract program manager across financial, personnel, stakeholder, and reporting activities for a Navy Program Office contract.

We value strong leadership, communication, and expertise in project management, risk management, and contract oversight. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with experience in DoD/Navy programs and supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager managing a Navy Program Office contract
• Assist in all contractual matters including Financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements
• Manage Program changes
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders
• Manage sub-contractor relationship
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices
• Review status reports and invoices
• Provide weekly status report and KPI’s

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Business Degree or Sciences preferred
• 10 yearsprogram/project managementin DOD or Navy Acquisition
• 15 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• 2 years Supervisory experience
Experience communicating with Senior Level executives such as those in the Senior Executive Service
• Navy contract management experience preferred
